Return Shipping

●     A flat fee of PKR 200 will be charged for replacementshipping.

Replacements

●     Customers can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the order.

●     The toy being replaced must be unused, undamaged, and in acceptable condition.

●     Items claimed for exchange after 7 days will not be accepted.

●     Shipping charges for sending the replacement will be borne by the customer.
